Two Rivers Cellar Door Range: The Corner Block Viognier
This wine is pale green straw in colour. The aroma is rich with apricot and tropical fruits, subtle oak overtones and a delightful floral perfume. The palate is medium bodied with ripe sweet fruit flavours balanced well by lively acid and subtle oak handling.
"I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day."

winemaking
The grapes were picked in mid February and once crushed the juice was left on skins for only 24 hours to settle. Fermentation was carried out in a mixture of stainless steel and selected older oak barrels and held at 14°C for 3 weeks. This wine was bottled early to retain primary freshness.
