Limited skin contact for 24 hours before being cold settled. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and held at a temperature of between 12 and 14 degrees for 14 days.
This wine was bottled young to retain primary fruit flavours.

This wine is from the spectacular 'Inglewood' Vineyard located in the upper reaches of the Hunter Valley. The name 'Two Rivers' was drawn from the Vineyards unique position nestled on the banks of the Hunter River near its confluence with the Goulburn.
