winemaking

Juice was given 24 to settle with limited skin contact. The wine was fermented in Stainless Steel for 21 days and held at a temperature between 12 - 14°C. We bottled this wine early to retain primary fruit freshness. Bottled: 09.05.2008

This wine is from the spectacular 'Inglewood' Vineyard located in the upper reaches of the Hunter Valley. The name 'Two Rivers' was drawn from the Vineyards unique position nestled on the banks of the Hunter River near its confluence with the Goulburn.
