This wine is from the spectacular 'Inglewood' Vineyard located in the upper reaches of the Hunter Valley. The name 'Two Rivers' was drawn from the Vineyards unique position nestled on the banks of the Hunter River near its confluence with the Goulburn.

winemaking

The grapes were harvested early in January when fruit flavour was optimal. The wine had limited skin contact and 24 hours to settle off lees before being fermented in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation took 3 weeks and the wine was kept at a temperature between 12 and 14 degrees. No wood contact. This wine was bottled early to retain primary fruit characters. Bottled: 7th July 2009
