Chardonnay has long been referred to as the 'darling' of the wine industry. The range and intensities of flavour that this grape has to offer makes it such a wonderful variety to grow.
Our Lightning Strike Chardonnay is aptly named after a violet electrical storm left a complete row of vines scorched from an isolated lightning strike. Fortunately due to the toughness of these vines they all restruck to produce wines of intense flavour.
The continually changing beauty of a vineyard landscape as it passes through the seasons is in its own sense - 'Poetry in Motion'
Varietal(s): 100% Estate Grown Hunter Valley Chardonnay
